A little more

Long time no update, just got too lazy and busy. I've been busy always and all of my free times I spent resting and playing with Ayesha.

Not much to tell. I might put this blog on private, we'll see.

First of all, I wanna talk about earth hour. It all started 2 years ago in Sydney but for some reasons it only got really huge this year. Everyone talks about it like it's the new 'in' thing. I remember Dee mentioned it before, I think it was either last year or last 2 years but dont know why at that time not many took notice of the event. I did participate though just because I went out that night so the lights were off in my bedroom.

It's been 4 days since the hubby left for Jeddah for the Quran memorising competition. This time around, I feel okay. I think it was the hormones that drove me nuts when he left me for KL when I was pregnant. I just balled and balled and balled like there was no tomorrow. It was hella crazy. I even balled when the ants ate my humongous dark chocolate bar. I really hated those ants with a passion.

But nevermind that, I'm super excited that he got me some MAC stuffs from Dubai. I can't wait to see them. He even got me one Hello Kitty lipglass. I dont mind just owning one item from that collection, seriously it's like sold out everywhere! MAC is soo gonna make me broke, there will be lots of new irresistable collection coming out this year. Oh well, I'm gonna start saving.

My tummy is making hungry noises now. Havent had breakfast yet so byee!

Bintang

Time for a new post I guess? I've been swamped with work and whatnot and have had no time to sit down and blog.

I've been transferred to RIPAS which is probably for the best but I admit that I miss my old colleagues in Tutong. Now, I have no one to talk to about makeups!

I bought more goodies for my own indulgence. No good for the money but it cures the obsession. How I wish I could refrain myself from buying more makeups. I gotta save starting now because I'm flying off to somewhere in a couple of months. Yeay! It's been soo longgg. My last vacay was in february last year, and that was our honeymoon in Australia. So, about time hey?! Anyway, I got more cosmetic brushes, I think I got seven. I also bought another eyeshadow+blush palette, eye primer and gel eyeliner. All from CS. My eyeko order which I made in december last year has finally arrived last month and I'm pissed because they didn't send me my free gifts. Not very happy with them. Only got their mascara and eyeko cream. I also bought a clear gel mascara from TBS and a pair of fake eyelashes from TFS which I probably will wear tomorrow night heehaw! My favouritest haul of all is my MAC penultimate eyeliner in rapidblack. It's a liquid eyeliner in a pencil form with a firm felt tip which means easy application. Lurveee it loadss..

Tomorrow is the launching of the new AUDI A3 and the hubby and I are invited. So so excited because that means I can play with my makeup, although I'm a bit disappointed because I have nothing to wear. I mean, I have so many clothes but they just dont fit me anymore lol. Sigh, I'm so sad

Anywho, got to go and layan my lil pumpkin hehe. Laters

Rain rain go away..

I've been doing a lot of shopping lately. Mostly for Ayesha of course. I loveee going shopping for her. Kiut2 bah barang for babies ani. Like yesterday, I actually walked the whole floor of HuaHo yayasan's baby section browsing the whole lot. And I only bought one thing. A set of containers for Ayesha's milk and it's in pink and blue. I felt like getting her more toys and clothes and whatnot but thankfully my hubby was there with me and he persuaded me to wait. Arr the itch, it's killing me!

I also thought that now that I'm already a mum to a supercute baby girl, I'd need a bigger handbag to stash all my needs. Mind you, I do carry a lot of things with me when I'm out and about, y'know like my lipstick, lip balm, lipgloss of at least 2 different shades heheh. And those are only for a small part of my body. Anyway, I finally found a bag that I like and it's big and spacey and not-too-pricey. It's officially my 5th Guess bag and it also has a separate matching wallet. I did not get the wallet because although it's nice but it doesn't have a clear plastic pocket to store and show photos in it. Boo! I want a wallet with two of those, one for my hubby's pic and the other for Ayesha's pic so I can look at them everytime I open up my wallet (which occurs quite often, but I'm very sure it's normal for us women).

I also finally got to decide the stroller that I want for Ayesha. After much browsing and doing research on the internet, I bought a graco travel system which includes a stroller + baby seat + carriage. It costs the bomb but yeah, anything for my baby, as long as it wont drive me to bankruptcy. Can't wait to push her around in her new stroller!

Oh I miss driving. I really hope someone will take my outlander so I can have the new car. And no, it's not a Murano. I changed my mind hehe. Just wait and see.

Adios

Family outing

My mum loves eating at Charcoal (my mum ani pemilih brabis ni when it comes to food). So yesterday she took us all out (except for baby Ayesha, sian ia nda kana bawa) for dinner at Charcoal to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I ordered the usual Giant steak (I'm a big laydeh, with a big tummeh!), medium well with mushroom sauce. My hubby makan the bbq beef ribs pizza. Dee and Alayun got themselves some cheesy ribs (so yum! nyasal ku nda order this). My mum makan honey bbq chicken and my dad opted for a dish with snapper in it (me dad nda kana suruh makan daging due to high cholesterol level). I initially thought that there would be some leftovers but nuh-uh, semua langis! We were so full that there were practically no room for desserts. Two thumbs up for the food though, they're all delish.

I got baby Ayesha more toys plus gadgets last night at the mall. Went there because Dee wanted to pay her car bill. Now baby Ayesha has a pink teddy bear which gives off musical sound when you pull it's tail, a giraffe rattler, a pink squeeze dolphin, a baby-friendly fan, a set of cutleries plus bowl plus cup, a nasal bulb and a nail clipper. I love shopping for my baby's stuffs cause I get to come across the cutest finds ever. Next on my list is a stroller for her and a present for the hubby. I havent got him anything yet. Know why? cause I actually wanted to give him the sony printer but instead he went a step ahead and got it for me hehe. Syg, I love the present but you know you can always get me some makeups instead. Not only that it will be cheaper but it doesnt come with a manual that can give me headache hehe.

We tried to set the printer last night but failed. And I'm too lazy to read the whole instruction manual that comes with it. So I guess we'll have to go back to the shop and ask them about it.

I'm sure everyone has heard of the news that there's a possibility of heavy rain resulting in flood/landslides starting today till the 7th. So, be prepared, drive safely and banyak2 berdoa. Mudah2an semua selamat sejahtera, amin.

February 1st 2009

It was my wedding anniversary on february 1st. I've been married for a year now and I still find it unbelieveable. Omg! I am a mother now too! Not that I'm complaining but where has the time gone?

Rasanya macam baru semalam jua aku keluar ngedet with him, doing all the things lovebirds usually do; liat wayang, jalan2 cari makan, liat matahari terbenam di pantai haha chewah~ Kalau kami jalan tu, dari pagi, balum lagi buka kadai (except kadai DeRimba haha) sampai tangah malam. Now that I think about it, what the hell did we do and where the hell did we go sampai lama2 atu? My, how time flies when you're having fun.Pasal lampau balik2 ke arah tujuan yang sama atu, masani boring tia. We both find it hard to decide where to go when we go out. Besides, we now have a baby to look after and we just have no time to do most of the things that we used to do back then, masa zaman muda2 dulu. But still, we try. I mean, having a family doesn't mean you can't go out and do fun things as a twosome anymore, right?

We didn't do much during our anniversary, which is sad because he was held up with all sorts of invitations(funeral, wedding and engagement) from morning till late arvo. It sucks, I know but what can you do eh? When we finally left home, it was around 630pm and we headed to the mall to bayar kereta. I took the opportunity to go in The Body Shop but couldnt find anything that I like. I ended up buying their gel mascara just because. Anywho, we planned on having a quiet dinner at Pantai Restaurant di Empire but when we got there we found out that it is closed on sunday night. Meh! sia2pun.. Being too lazy to go elsewhere, we just decided to crash the Atrium and check out their buffet lineup. I have never been a fan of the Atrium to be honest because I didn't think the food served was superb or something out of ordinary but this time around I was impressed. I noticed that there were more choices than usual too as I did not get to eat/taste everything! I was satisfied, nevertheless, and full. I only realised it was a special dinner buffet when I got up to the cashier to pay..something like the Lunar chinese new year. Ahh! no wonder! Patut nyaman and err..more expensive than usual. I tell you, dinner for us two costs $100+. Hokay...a lot more than I had expected. But nda apalah, once in a while jua saja.

That was on sunday night and I only received my anniversary present last night. The hubby surprised me with a Sony PictureStation. Yay! I've always wanted to buy one for myself, so I can print out nice pics from my canon, as well as cameraphone. I have nice but empty picture frames waiting to be filled in and made lawa. I can't wait to play around with it but I'm too lazy to set it up so it's sitting there on me bed, still in the box.

On another relevant note, baby Ayesha also has a new toy to play around with. We just bought her a mirror musical mobile that we hang above her bed. The thing that looks like an umbrella with a mirror attached on it and clowns hanging on it are very colourful. Baby Ayesha enjoyed watching herself in the mirror as she squealed and giggled and laughed hehe, so cute.

Before I go, I'd also like to thank Dee and Alai for the cake. I havent eaten it! It's still in the fridge hehehe!
